Weekly Recorded Zoom Class
For those who prefer more ease and flexibility, I offer a pre-recorded weekly Zoom class. This option allows you to practice at a time that suits your schedule, with the added benefit of revisiting the full class — or specific elements of it — as often as you’d like throughout the week.
Yoga Retreats
Our previous Yoga Retreats have been fantastic and this year’s will be too!
In August, we are going to The Lake District to enjoy a weekend moving through a gentle and powerful journey of self-discovery, with great food and company.
Somatics, yoga, breathing, standing movement flows, forest bathing & living well.
